One of our core values is ensuring customer confidentiality and data security. To achieve that, nmFLO deploys data security enablers such as Data Masking and Data Purging. Data masking entails anonymizing original data with modified content, whilst data purging involves permanent deletion, keeping stored information clean and relevant.

The development and implementation of our technology within three days after signing the contract. The license would be activated 48 hours after the completion of the setup.

The license covers the technology updates and maintenance that are aligned with the license features. However, any developments that follow a different integration approach are not covered.

nmFLO License (including setup and implementation): This contract covers the initial setup and license subscription costs which is subject to annual renewal. Additional integration services to be scoped on an individual basis can be purchased in the form of additional professional services.

You can cancel your license at any time. However, you will not be reimbursed for the cancellation of the license before the expiry date agreed upon in the initial contract.
