Managing customers

nmFLO allows you to add, remove and manage customers from the solution in just a few steps. 

1. Add new customers by inserting their basic information into the fields:

2. Manage customer subscriptions by specifying: 

  • Subscription Start Date
  • Subscription End Date
  • Total No. of Inbound Records
  • Max No. of Inbound Records
  • No. of Inbound Records/Days
  • No. of Inbound Records/Month
  • No of SMS/Month
  • No of Short Links Generates

3. Users can set warning limits or block the subscription once the warning limit defined by the user is exceeded. Notifications to the email Id will advise when a survey is sent and a task is completed.
